Corrections Policy
Last updated: October 2026
We get things wrong sometimes — most of this site is written by an automated pipeline (see Ethics & AI Disclosure), and that pipeline isn't infallible. When we do, here's what happens.
How to report an error
Email info@innotechinsider.com with the article URL and what's wrong. We read every message.
What we do about it
- Factual errors (a wrong name, date, figure, or an unsupported claim) are fixed directly in the article, and the article's "Last updated" date reflects the change.
- Substantial errors (a claim that materially changes the story's meaning) get the same fix, plus a visible note in the piece saying what changed and when.
- Unsourced or unverifiable claims we can't confirm or correct are removed rather than left to stand uncorrected.
- If an entire piece turns out to be duplicative, off-topic, or too thin to stand on its own, we may merge it into a better article on the same story and redirect the old URL, rather than leave two weak versions live.
What we don't do
We don't quietly edit a published claim without any trace, and we don't delete an article just because it's inconvenient — see Editorial Policy for how removal/merge decisions get made in general, separate from error corrections specifically.
